Jiwon Kim is a designer currently studying Graphic Design at ArtEZ University of the Arts in the Netherlands. Her work explores experimental graphic design through research on materiality, structure, and visual perception.

Much of her work centers around printed matter, but she approaches the book not simply as a container of content. Through experiments with binding and printing techniques such as stitching binding, Japanese folding, and puff-ink silkscreen, she investigates how the form and structure of a medium can influence the way people read and experience information. Her work often expands beyond printed matter into objects, video, and spatial experiences.

Her practice is driven by research and experimentation, exploring how graphic design can shape the way people read, see, and experience information across different media.
